New Brazilian Zouk Beginners Course
Our new Brazilian Zouk beginner's course at dancing school "Tanzraum" starts on Thursday October 29th!
Brazilian Zouk is a modern and versatile dance, which is characterized by the fact that you can dance to an incredibly wide range of music: RnB, Hip Hop, Pop, Ghetto Zouk, Reggaeton, Dancehall etc.
This versatility is also reflected in the dance that has developed from Lambada, which has taken up many elements from Tango, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Samba, Salsa, WCS etc. and is not only conspicuous for its turns but especially for its body isolations and headmovements.
In their lessons Tiago and Julinha not only pay special attention to teaching the correct technique, but also to always bring a lot of fun into the lessons and thus keep the young, dynamic group here in Cologne motivated.
Register at Tanzraum and learn this modern dance in an open-minded and familiar atmosphere.

Level Requirements:
Combining Headmovements: requires the knowledge of all basic headmovements
Beginners Bootcamp: the design of the bootcamp is made for dancers of any other dance style but it doesn't require any previous knowledge zouk knowledge
Marcello Therra Workshop: intermediate-advanced level requires knowing zouk footwork basics
One Foot Spin: requires knowing zouk footwork basics. general dancing skill is an advantage.
All hygiene measures and safety rules will be observed! Registration will be limited to a certain number of persons and will only be possible together with a dancing partner for the workshops- we can help you to find a partner!

Due to Covid-19 we unfortunately had to postpone our Zouk Cologne Festival to the 1-6th of April 2021.
You can get your refunds by cancelling your ticket at Eventbrite or do nothing to keep your ticket for 2021 🥳
And we also just decided to offer you online classes and online sets this Saturday 11th of April so you still can learn and dance with us on the weekend our festival should have taken place!
